the LANDS
We cultivate exclusively in our land, in Piana del Sele, one of the most fertile areas of the Italian Peninsula, characterized by soil and climate conditions that are ideal for tomato cultivation.

the PLANTS
We only use those raised in our plant nursery, which we transplant directly into our fields.

CULTIVATION
it is organized by homogeneous plots of calibrated size; this enables a constant and precise control of all phases of growth and fruit ripening. The yield of each plot is balanced by continuous thinning operations, strictly carried out by hand. It is a choice that favors quality and sacrifices quantity and very high yields of more massive cultivations.
CULTIVATION
is strictly controlled as regards the quality and quantity of water. Careful water management allows us to maintain a high concentration of sugars, the right ratio of acidity and sweetness and the quantity of other nutrients.

IRRIGATION
è rigorosamente controllata nella qualità e nella quantità delle acque. Un’attenta gestione idrica consente di mantenere alta la concentrazione degli zuccheri, il giusto rapporto di acidità e dolcezza e la quantità di altre sostanze nutritive.
the POLLINATION
of flowers on plants occurs through pollinating insects, bumblebees. A natural procedure, as it happens for all the other phases of plant growth, in compliance with the requirements of the Integrated Pest Management (IPM), to protect the healthiness of the product and the health of consumers.

the GROWTH
of our plants is of the indeterminate kind. Supported one by one by special supports, the plants develop their stems in height, so that their leaves do not shade each other. A better sun exposure leads to greater production of sugars in the fruit.
